In Social Studies we have been learning about North Korea. In North Korea we have learned about the ruler over North Korea. He has a very big army and treats them very well. The US sends North Korea food, but the ruler gives most of it to his army. Because of this, kids are dying of malnutrition. These children have hospitals to go to, but the hospitals don't have a lot of the things they need to help these children. They don't have soap, certain medicines, and sometimes if there are a lot of people they don't have enough beds for the patients. The sad thing is no one can leave the country or travel to North Korea because they don't want anyone to know about how bad their country is.
